Caramelized Chesnok Red Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 8–10 Chesnok Red cloves, sliced
- 4 bone‑in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: thyme or rosemary
Method
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil and butter in a skillet; sear chicken until golden.
3. Add sliced Chesnok Red and cook until lightly caramelized.
4. Stir in honey and broth; bring to a simmer.
5. Cover and cook on low until chicken is tender and garlic is jammy (20–25 minutes).
6. Reduce sauce uncovered until glossy.
