Chesnok Red Garlic Herb Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 roasted Chesnok Red cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, dill, basil, or mix)
- Salt and pepper
Method
1. Mash roasted cloves into a smooth paste.
2. Whisk in lemon/vinegar and mustard.
3. Stream in olive oil until emulsified.
4. Fold in herbs and season.
