Roasted Chesnok Red Garlic Spread

Ingredients

- 2 whole Chesnok Red bulbs  

- 1–2 tsp olive oil  

- Pinch of salt  

- Optional: lemon zest or smoked paprika  

 

Method

1. Slice the tops off bulbs to expose cloves.  

2. Drizzle with oil and salt; wrap in foil.  

3. Roast at 400°F until soft and sweet (40–50 minutes).  

4. Squeeze out cloves and mash into a smooth paste.  

5. Adjust with oil, zest, or paprika as desired.
